## Information We Collect

When you place an order we collect the details needed to complete it: your email address, your order details, and the country your purchase came from. If you contact us on Discord, we also see the information you share with us there, like your username and anything you tell us about your order. If you create a customer account, we store the details of that account too.

## Payments

We never see or store your full card details. Payments are handled by our payment providers, who collect and process your payment information under their own privacy policies. For crypto payments, the transaction is recorded on the public blockchain, which we don't control.

## How We Use Your Data

We use your information to:

- deliver your keys and send your order emails

- give you support and fix problems with your order

- prevent fraud, abuse and chargebacks

- keep the store running and improve it

We don't sell your personal information.

## Cookies & Visitor Counter

Our store uses cookies and similar browser storage to remember things like your cart, your language and your preferences, and to keep the site working. We also show how many people are on the site right now. To do that, your browser gets a random visitor ID that is stored on your device and sent to our counter service together with a timestamp. It isn't linked to your name or email, and it's removed when you leave the site. You can clear cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time, though some parts of the store may stop working properly.

## Who We Share Data With

We only share information with the services that help us run the store: our store platform, our payment providers, our email delivery, and Discord when you contact us there. These services have their own privacy policies. We may also share information if the law requires it or to protect ourselves from fraud and abuse.

## Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, and our checkout runs over a secure connection. No website can promise perfect security, so please keep your email account and your keys safe too.

## How Long We Keep Data

We keep your information as long as we need it to run your order, give you support, and meet our legal and anti-fraud needs. After that we delete it or remove anything that could identify you.

## Your Choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We'll help as long as we're able to under the law and as long as it doesn't affect an order we still need to support or an anti-fraud check. Just contact us on Discord with the email you used at checkout.

## Age Requirement

Our store is for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think someone younger has given us their information, let us know and we'll remove it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top. If you keep using the site after changes are posted, you accept the updated policy.
