Welcome to Rbxcartel. These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain the rules for using our website and buying our products. Please read them before you make a purchase. By using the site you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted them.

## Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, creating an account or buying anything from Rbxcartel ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and to follow all laws and regulations that apply to you. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should stop using the site and not make a purchase.

## Refunds

Refunds and replacements are covered by our Refund Policy. In short: if your key doesn't work or wasn't delivered, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll fix it with a replacement or a refund. After 30 days from the purchase date, we can't accept requests. Please read the full Refund Policy before buying.

## Digital Products & Delivery

All products sold on Rbxcartel are digital. After your payment is confirmed, your license key or access details are delivered automatically to the email you provided. You are responsible for entering a correct email address and for keeping your key safe. Each key is for personal use only, and you may not share, resell, trade or redistribute it without our written permission.

## Payments & Chargebacks

Prices are shown at checkout and payments are processed by third-party payment providers. If you open a dispute or chargeback without first contacting our support, we may suspend your access and revoke your keys while the dispute is reviewed. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in a permanent ban from our store.

## Use at Your Own Risk

Our products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Games and anti-cheat systems update often, so we cannot promise that a product will always work, stay undetected or be available without interruption. You use our products entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for bans, suspensions or restrictions applied to your account by third-party games or platforms.

## Intellectual Property

Our website, branding and content belong to Rbxcartel or to their respective owners. Buying a product gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use it. It does not give you ownership of the product, its code or its name, and you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell it.

## Account Termination

We may suspend or end your access at any time, with or without notice, if you break these Terms, share or resell keys, abuse our support team or community, or file fraudulent chargebacks. If your access is ended for one of these reasons, you may lose any keys you purchased without a refund.

## Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rbxcartel and its owners and staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages that come from using or not being able to use our site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product that the claim relates to.

## Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top. If you keep using the site after changes are posted, you accept the updated Terms.
